Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
