FAQ

How can I get enough vitamins

The majority of your daily needs can be met through diet alone. Supplements may be necessary if you are not getting enough of a particular vitamin. You can take a multivitamin supplement that contains all the vitamins you need. You can also buy individual vitamins at your local pharmacy.

Talk to your doctor to find out which foods are rich in vitamins. For example, dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, kale, collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, bok choy, romaine lettuce, arugula, and Swiss chard are rich in vitamins K and E. Other good sources include oranges, tomatoes, strawberries, cantaloupe, carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and squash.

Ask your doctor if you're not sure how many vitamins you should take. Based on your medical history and your current health, your doctor can recommend the correct dosage.

How often should I exercise?

It is important to exercise for a healthy lifestyle. There is no set time limit for exercising. The key is finding something you enjoy and stick with it.

If you work out three times a week, then aim to complete 20-30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity. Moderate intensity is when you still have to breathe hard after the workout. This type of exercise burns approximately 300 calories.

If you prefer to walk, go for 10 minute walks four days a week. Walking is low-impact, easy on your joints, and it's also very gentle.

You can also run for 15 minutes, three times per week. Running is a great way of burning calories and building muscle tone.

You should start slowly if it's your first time exercising. You can start with only 5 minutes per week of cardio. Gradually increase duration until you achieve your goal.

A person who weighs 100 kg and has a height of 1.75 m will have a BMI of 22.

What is the best way to eat?

Your lifestyle and individual needs will determine the best diet for your body. You should also consider how much energy your exercise consumes, whether you like low-calorie or high-calorie foods, and what you enjoy in terms of eating fruits and veggies.

Intermittent Fasting is an alternative to traditional fasting if you are looking to lose weight. Intermittent fasting is a way to eat only certain meals during the day instead of three large meals. This might be better for you than traditional diets, which have daily calorie counts.

Studies have shown that intermittent fasting can improve insulin sensitivity and decrease inflammation. This could lead to improved blood sugar levels, and a lower risk of developing diabetes. Some research also suggests that intermittent fasting might promote fat loss, and improve overall body composition.
